STUDIO/REMOTE PROGRAMS

We will be doing Spotlight programs as needed in studio, but we will also explore other types of programming which is produced in a studio or remote setting.  Whether the program is in studio at CHS or a remote, the concepts are the same.  Camera positions must be set, audio must be wired, and planning must occur.

Remote productions are a BIG responsibility of this course, as we are the crew for programming on the city's access channel.  We televise Alderman and School Committee meetings, graduation ceremonies, and other city events, along with Sports events between the 2 high schools in Chicopee.

Participation in Remotes are critical to getting a high grade, and when participating these evaluations are done by the director in charge using the criteria below on a 50 point scale, the criteria are listed below.
