1)  Click on the CEA Unit A evaluation link above that will open Acrobat Reader on your workstation and the evaluation
2)  You will notice there is a picture of a 3 1/2 floppy disk in the top  left hand corner if you click on that icon you will be able to save the document to your desktop or documents file.  RENAME the file.  You should then be able to open the file on your desktop and make changes or rename the file multiple times.

Qualifications:
- Massachusetts Dept. of Education certification as an appropriately certified teacher
- Knowledge of curriculum Frameworks

Essential Job Functions:

Conduct classes and provide instruction consistent with the philosophy and goals of the Chicopee Public Schools
- To Prepare and use materials which complement and supplement the established curriculum
- Effective management of classroom environment
- Effective instruction
- Promotion of high standards and expectations for student achievement
- Promotion of equity and appreciation of diversity
- Fulfillment of professional responsibilities


Selection Criteria:

THE SUCCESSFUL TEACHER WILL:
- Have classroom management skills
- Be an effective communicator
- have willingness to uphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations and school board policies
- have a positive and enthusiastic approach with students
- have knowledge in subject area
- Recognize that a primary goal is to assist in the growth of students to reach their potential
- Recognize the value of positive staff relationships and school community
