ASBESTOS NOTIFICATION

This notification is required by the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act
 (AHERA, 40 CFR 763 of the Toxic Substances Control Act).

An asbestos plan has been developed for each of the Chicopee Public School Buildings.

This plan is available and accessible to the public at the Chicopee Academy Building,
Maintenance Department, 650 Front Street, Chicopee, MA.
