CORRECTING PHONE NUMBER IN CONNECTED

 

The ConnectEd download from IPASS pulls only from two TYPES…”home” and “home phone”.  It also pulls from the following RELATIONSHIPS only… “mother”, “father”, guardian”, “parent”, “foster parent” or “ward of state”.

 

 

 

Message Tips
 
  Initiating a Call - The process to record and schedule an NTI Connect-ED message is always initiated by choosing a call type from the HOME tab or by using the SEND A MESSAGE pull down menu and selecting the type of call you want to make. The MESSAGES tab allows you to script and record messages that you will schedule in another process.

Getting all the messages you send out? - You can be included in all the calls going out even if you are not part of the selected group of recipients. Just click on the ACCOUNT INFO link in the upper right corner. Put your phone number in the NTI Connect-ED phone field and check the 'Receive Calls' box. Now you'll automatically be included in all the calls!

Called a Wrong Number? - To locate a wrong number, simply type the phone number in the search field on the CONTACTS tab. Once you know which child the number is assigned to, be sure to make all corrections in your student information system.
